We collect both "Non-Personal" and "Personal" information for service maintenance, and business obligations. This information includes email addresses, location data, phone numbers, company information, platform data, and insurance and licensing records. We use permissions that you acknowledge at the initial download of our App, as well as forms sent by email, fax, or other carrier services to track information.
Our site and services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13,. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from, or allow the registration of anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 has been collected through our site or service we will delete it as soon as possible. II. How We Use and Share Information
While we do collect your Personal Information, we will not share it to third parties unless absolutely necessary. We will however, share it with our vendors, to be used at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, we use non-personal information to help us improve the Service, and to fulfill our contractual obligations. However, this Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers, and any other third parties at our discretion.
III. Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information and How We Protect It
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by emailing support@trackdapp.com. We may, continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will be accessible by breach of such measures. Your use of our Service acknowledges your understanding and agreement to assume such risks.
Changes
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our App. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification.
